Philly Waffle Cabin
Philly Waffle Cabin’s authentic Belgian waffles are made from a yeast-raised dough (not batter) that has pearl sugar in it that caramelizes as it bakes, making it sweet and with a subtle taste that is oh-so-good! Customize your waffle with ice cream, sauce, whipped cream, and toppings. You won’t believe how good these waffles are!

Harnessing the grit and dedication (and iconic flavors) that flow through this city is a large part of what has made us successful. The Tot Rod
In the Summer of 2019, a father and son duo planned together to build a mobile food cart from the ground up. After some long months, The Tot Rod was completed. Since then, they’ve strived to provide the most delicious gourmet tater tot experience. Come find them and get yourself a platter of crispy, hot-out-the-fryer gourmet tater tots!

Classic plain tater tots – served fresh out of the fryer and topped off with salt.

Our fresh hot tater tots – topped off with Sharp Cheddar cheese sauce, and scallions

Our tater tots topped off with spicy chili con carne or vegan bean chili. Topped off with Sharp Cheddar cheese sauce, scallions, and jalapeño.

No Oktoberfest would be complete without cold beer on hand! Stop by our Beer Tent and grab a cold one from our offerings. Pair it up with food from one of our great food trucks, and skip cooking for the day! We’ll also have soda, water, juice boxes for the kids, and soft pretzels.

Our homemade baked goods tables are always a crowd pleaser! Delicious cakes, scrumptious pies, and delectable baked goods of all varieties are available for a donation. Get a single serving or buy the whole dessert! We’ll also be serving coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and warm apple cider if you just can’t wait until you get home to eat it!

Formed in early 2017, Springbrooke is a band based out of Bucks County, Pa. They provide an honest and blue collar style of music that Springbrooke dub as “Tried & True Music”. Led by the vocal styling of Ryan Williams, Springbrooke takes you on a journey with heartfelt lyrics, autobiographical stories and an edge that is in your face. Williams (Lead Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin & Harmonica) is joined by Matthew Amend (Backing Vocals & Bass), Jerry Galanti (Drums), Sean Clement (Guitar & Mandolin) and Chris Conner (Lap Steel & Guitar). Springbrooke is not bound by one genre of music. Whether it is Country, Blues, Rock or Top 40, Springbrooke transcends and adds their own spin to timeless classics and present hits. Springbrooke recorded their debut album, “Tried & True” in 2018 and is now available on all media platforms and physical CD’s at all shows. Springbrooke is currently recording their follow up to “Tried & True” for a 2022 release.
